End User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to Rabbit. These End User Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rabbit website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. About Rabbit

Rabbit is a visual prompt builder that helps creators compose characters and scenes from reusable blocks, then generate images and videos using third-party AI models. We provide the tools; you remain responsible for how you use them and for the content you create.

3. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Rabbit.
• Your account is personal. Do not share your credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content and rights

You retain all rights to the prompts, projects, and other content you create on Rabbit.

• You grant Rabbit a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the Service.
• AI-generated outputs are subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
• We do not claim ownership of your creations and we do not resell them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Rabbit to create, share, or promote content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, violent, discriminatory, or obscene.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others.
• Impersonates any person or entity without authorization.
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Attempts to bypass usage limits, scrape, or abuse the Service.

6. Subscriptions, payments and refunds

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Rabbit does not store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Fees paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• If pricing changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

7. Intellectual property

The Rabbit name, logo, software, and visual design are the property of Rabbit or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Service availability and disclaimer

We work hard to keep Rabbit reliable and secure, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Rabbit at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a legal or security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
